The clients cover five platforms — Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux — and there's no limit on simultaneous devices for one account.

Registration needs no email address — just a username and password. Keep both somewhere safe, since you'll need the username to recover your password.

Coverage spans 120+ countries and 250+ routes; check the route list in the user panel for the exact cities and route types.

Account & Subscription

Registration, getting and updating your subscription link, signing in on multiple devices and password recovery all live here.

Do I need an email address to register?

No. A username and password are all you need to register, and once you log in you can buy a plan and get your subscription link. Since no email is linked to the account, keep your username and password somewhere safe.

Where do I find my subscription link, and how often does it need updating?

Log in to the user panel and open the client download section; pick your platform and you'll get the subscription link for your account. The client pulls the latest routes automatically at the interval you set, so manual updates are usually unnecessary. If the route list hasn't changed for a long time, run a manual subscription update in the client.

Can I share my subscription link with someone else?

Not recommended. Each subscription link maps to one account, so sharing a link means sharing the same traffic allowance, and it's more likely to be flagged by anomaly detection at the route level. If a link leaks, you can reset it in the panel and the old link stops working immediately.

Do I need to buy again if I switch devices?

No. There's no limit on simultaneous devices — you can sign in on as many devices as you like with the same account, as long as total traffic stays within your plan's allowance.

What if I forget my password?

Choose Forgot Password on the login page and follow the prompts using the username you set at registration. Your existing subscription link stays valid afterwards — no need to import it again.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Connected but pages won't open, subscription import failures, connections dropping repeatedly — start your troubleshooting here, in order.

The client says it's connected, but web pages won't load. What should I do?

Check in order: make sure the client's system proxy or virtual network adapter is enabled; let the client handle DNS resolution internally; switch to another route in the same region; close any other proxy apps still running to avoid port conflicts; finally, restart the client so the routing rules reload.

Why doesn't a particular app go through the proxy?

Some apps use their own network stack or built-in DNS and ignore system proxy settings. In the client, set that app's traffic rule to global proxy, or use the app's own proxy settings to point it at the local port manually.

The connection drops after a while. What causes that?

Three common causes: your local network switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data; the device entering power-saving mode and restricting background connections; or the route you're on being in a maintenance window. Turn on auto-reconnect in the client and switch to a backup route in the same region.

What should I do when the subscription import fails?

First check that the subscription link was copied in full, with no extra spaces or line breaks; then check that your client isn't an outdated version. If it still fails, go back to the user panel, copy the link again and re-import.

Can I use it on a router?

The official clients cover five platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Router setups need to be configured on the device itself; this service doesn't provide router firmware.

Speed & Routes

Route types, what the latency numbers mean, and how to handle peak hours and 4K playback — all in this section.

How do I deal with peak-hour slowdowns?

During peak hours the international gateway is congested overall, so switch to an IEPL dedicated route first; for 4K playback choose a route with more spare bandwidth; and pause background downloads and cloud sync to reduce concurrent usage on the same account.

What's the difference between IEPL, relay and direct routes?

IEPL is a dedicated line over an independent channel, with lower latency and jitter — good for video and long-lived connections. Relay routes forward through multiple hops, balancing performance and price. Direct routes take the shortest path and suit latency-sensitive, lower-traffic use. Each route in the list is labeled with its type.

Why do the latency numbers in the route list change every time I refresh?

Latency depends on your local network, your ISP's gateway and the route's current load, so the same route naturally measures differently at different times. The numbers in the list are live reference values, not guarantees.

What kind of route do I need for 4K playback?

4K playback demands far more bandwidth than web browsing. Choose a route with more spare bandwidth, and avoid playing 4K on several devices at the same time. If playback buffers often, switch to another route in the same region and try again.

If one route goes down, does it affect the others?

No. Routes are independent of one another; if one is under maintenance or congested, just switch to another route in the same region and carry on.

Billing & Refunds

How traffic is counted, how upgrades are prorated, how to claim a 30-day refund, and which payment methods are supported.

How is traffic counted, and what happens when it runs out?

Traffic on monthly plans resets on the same date each month, restoring your full allowance; data packs last until used up and never expire. When your allowance runs out, connections pause and resume after you renew or top up with a data pack.

How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?

The upgrade price difference is prorated by the remaining days. It takes effect as soon as you pay the difference, and the remaining traffic for the current period follows the new plan's allowance.

How do I request a refund?

A 30-day no-questions-asked refund is available. Submit a ticket in the user panel with your order number, and once approved the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT.

Are data pack traffic and monthly plan traffic kept separate?

Yes, they're separate. Monthly plan allowances reset on the same date each month, while data packs last until used up and never expire. The two stack, and neither overrides the other.

Tickets & Human Support

Anything the four categories above don't cover goes through the ticket channel in the user panel.

Three details will get your ticket handled faster: the platform and client version you're using, the name of the route that's misbehaving, and a concrete description of the symptom — for example, a specific page that won't open or an app reporting a network error.

Refund requests also go through the ticket channel: attach your order number and state that you want a refund. A 30-day no-questions-asked refund is available, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Purchases, renewals and plan changes are handled in the plan section of the user panel, with Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT supported; checking remaining traffic, resetting your subscription link and downloading clients all happen in the same panel. For first-time setup, follow the Guides step by step; to see routes and types by region, see the route list.
