Global Routes and Regional Coverage

Routes are grouped by region, with the route type and streaming support noted for each. Latency and bandwidth are shown by the route status component for the current session; values shift slightly when the page is refreshed.

How to choose between the three route types

IEPL dedicated lines run on their own channel and don't compete with other traffic for bandwidth, holding up best during peak evening hours — ideal for long sessions online; relay routes do one optimized forwarding hop at the entry point, taking a slightly longer path than direct connections while balancing availability and cost, which suits everyday browsing and downloads; direct routes take the shortest path with the lowest latency, suited to latency-sensitive operations. The three types are marked with colored tags in the client, and switching takes effect instantly — no need to re-import your subscription.

Pick by use case: for streaming, look first at a route's bandwidth figures and unlock notes; for AI tools, favor routes with a fixed region and stable performance; if you're just looking things up or sending files, sort by latency and take the lowest. The routes page lists every route grouped by region so you can compare them one by one.

Key features

Six things, explained one by one

Routes, privacy, devices, AI tools, streaming and refunds — pick an item on the left, see the details on the right.

Route quality and peak hours

Routes are grouped by region, each labeled IEPL dedicated, relay or direct. IEPL runs on its own channel and doesn't compete for bandwidth during peak evening hours; relay does one optimized forwarding hop at the entry point, balancing cost and availability; direct takes the shortest path, suited to latency-sensitive operations.

In the client you can see the current latency and bandwidth of every route, so choosing one isn't guesswork; switching takes effect instantly with no need to re-import your subscription. Once you're set up, try two or three routes in your usual region and pin the most stable one — then just connect to it day to day.

Clients

Five-platform clients

Installers and subscription links are both in the user panel: once you've created an account and activated a plan, grab the build for your platform on the Download Clients page, then import the subscription link to connect.

Windows

Desktop client with subscription link import and route switching — suited to long office and download sessions.

Get the client

macOS

Runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs; on first launch you'll need to grant network permission in System Settings.

Android

A mobile connection card with one-tap connect and quick route switching — made for use on the go.

Get the client

iOS

iPhone and iPad client, installed from the App Store; import your subscription and connect, with a quick toggle.

Get the client

Linux

Works in desktop environments and on the command line; after importing your subscription, start it per your distribution's instructions — suited to dev machines and servers.

Subscription is available in the user panel after you log in

This page doesn't provide direct installer links or subscription addresses: once you've created an account and activated a plan, get the installer for your platform on the Download Clients page in the user panel, and copy the subscription link on the same page to import into your client. When you change devices, repeat this step on the new device — no repurchase, and no waiting for the old device to go offline.

Monthly plans and data packs

Three monthly plans and data packs

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is converted into remaining days. Data packs last until used up and never expire. All three tiers are monthly — there's no long-term plan you have to buy outright.

Who each tier is for

¥9.9 / month with 60GB: for light use on one or two devices — looking things up, sending files, the occasional video. If you connect at the office during the day and now and then at home in the evening, this tier is usually enough; if it isn't, you can upgrade to the next tier at any time, with the difference prorated into remaining days, so nothing goes to waste.

¥18 / month with 250GB: for everyday use with a phone, tablet and computer online at the same time, covering both streaming and AI tools. If several devices at home are connected year-round, or you use one subscription for work by day and video by night, this is the most common choice.

¥28 / month with 500GB: for sharing among several people, or heavy use with long downloads and 4K video. Data resets each month on your activation date — your cycle starts the day you activate, so there's no need to track the end of the calendar month.

Data packs: use them up, never expire

Three tiers: ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB and ¥658 / 3000GB. Top up when your plan's data occasionally falls short; unused data isn't wiped at the end of the month, and it doesn't affect the reset schedule of your monthly plan.

A few differences

Why choose VPNAY

No comparisons with competitors — just a clear account of how this service works, so you can weigh it against your own needs.

  • Route types are stated up front Every route is labeled IEPL dedicated, relay or direct, and the client shows current latency and bandwidth, so choosing isn't guesswork; switching takes effect instantly with no need to re-import your subscription.
  • No email address to create an account A username and password are all you need, so there's one less piece of personal information on file; payment supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT — use whatever you already have, with no extra channels to set up.
  • No cap on device count One account can be online on a phone, tablet and computer at the same time at no extra cost; clients on all five platforms share the same subscription link, and changing devices just means importing it once more.
  • The rules are written into the terms A 30-day no-questions-asked refund, monthly data resets on your activation date, upgrade differences prorated into remaining days, and data packs that never expire — all of these are set out on the plans page and the Terms of Use page, so you can read them before buying.
